This course has changed me from being someone fearful of coming upon an accident, to now understanding what needs to be done, by whom, within a specific time.
You demystified First Aid for me. In a completely unintimidating way, you showed me the potential I have to save someone's life. Its training I hope never to use, but am really glad I undertook.
What really impressed me was not just the knowledge that you clearly possesses, but the easy manner in which you communicate. Your explanations were clear, so that when you demonstrated first aid techniques, I undertook their purpose and could replicate them much more easily then I anticipated. Not only that, but I enjoyed the course too.
An unexpected benefit for me came from the information tips you gave during the session. As the main contact person for elderly parents, I hadn't appreciated the importance of having a list of medication available for paramedics in case of emergencies. This was one gap I put right the day after the course.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Responder Training to others. I sincerely hope that more people take your training courses and learn skills that truly impact on other people's lives.

I learned (and hopefully retained) more that at any other training session for as long as I can remember.
